1. Custom Furniture & Store Fixture Production Staff

Location

Asahikawa Headquarters (11-194-2 Nagayamachou, Asahikawa-shi)

Working Hours

8:00–17:15 (90-minute break / 7 hours 45 minutes of actual work)

Days Off & Leave

Sundays and public holidays, two days off per week (based on the company's annual holiday calendar), Golden Week, Obon, year-end and New Year holidays, and others.

Job Description

Producing store fixtures and custom-made furniture based on production drawings, working collaboratively with our team. Those without prior experience start as assistants handling simple material processing, with the goal of growing into furniture-making specialists.

Ideal Candidate

Those with an interest in and passion for craftsmanship. Those who want to take on the challenge of contract furniture production.

2. Designer / Design Assistant

Location

One of the following: Asahikawa Headquarters, Sapporo Office, or Tokyo Office (1-8-4 Nishi-Azabu, Minato-ku)

Job Description

Interior design and drafting for store fixtures, custom furniture, commercial facilities, hotels, and more. Responsibilities include creating construction drawings using Adobe applications, Rhinoceros, Vectorworks, and similar tools; participating in client meetings; organizing project requirements; coordinating with production and installation teams; and contributing to product development. Those new to the field or with limited experience will start as assistants.

Ideal Candidate

Applications welcome from both experienced professionals and those new to the field. We particularly welcome those with experience in design proposals or planning, those interested in craftsmanship, furniture, and interiors, and those who have studied interior design or design at university or specialized school. Open to all ages, genders, and nationalities.

3. Construction Project Manager

Location

Sapporo Office (Higuchi Kitchen Building, 3-4-2-7 Kikusui, Shiroishi-ku, Sapporo)

Working Hours

8:30–17:30 (60-minute break / 8 hours of actual work) *Subject to change depending on project progress.

Job Description

Planning and overseeing construction for furniture, fixtures, and interior projects, including scheduling, budget, safety, and quality management. Responsibilities also include coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, managing material procurement and delivery schedules, reviewing and refining construction drawings, and proposing construction approaches. Projects span offices, commercial facilities, public institutions, retail stores, and more.
